Local import and customs charges including tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The hardbacks will be well packaged in custom foam* inside the skull box prior to shipping, and damage in-shipping is rare. However, we cannot be responsible for small amounts of damage caused by shipping handlers and couriers. If the book is readable or damage is under 1cm, we will not offer a replacement or refund. Any larger scale damage or missing parcels will be handled under insurance. We cannot guarantee replacements, especially for limited number products. 

REFUNDS - refunds will be issued as long as the order has not been dispatched and will be minus store fees. If order has sent, no refund will be issued. 

*please note for Europe customers, due to the new postal laws, we are unable to post within the custom foam.  Hardbacks will be wrapped in honeycomb protective wrap and additional paper void to help avoid damage.
